Where as the 14^th day of July 1911, the first Lodge in Stafford was organized.

It is known as ATTENTIVE EAR 350 OF STAFFORD, TEXAS.

The Lodge purpose was to aid widows, orphans, to give college scholarships to needy students and assist the Community at all times.

The first members were Brothers R. S. Solan, Abe Browning, William Dickerson,

J. Shaw, J.C. Wesley, W.H. Flix Sr., B. Browning, Lee Thorn, J. Tucker, and W.A. Talbert.

To be a member of ATTENTIVE EAR 350 A Man must be legally married and have a good reputation within their community.  This group of men decided to organize a local LODGE to do good work within the community.

The first elected officers were Brothers R.S. Sloan Worshipful Master, Abe Browning Senior Warden, and William Dickerson Junior Warden.

The current Officers are Brother Darnell Morris Worshipful Master, Herman Waddy Senior Warden, Willie Brown Junior Warden, PM Edward Brown11 Sec., Bradford Hopkins recorder, Herbert Ashford Treasure, PM Frederick Walker Sr. Senior Deacon, and Gorge Dozier Junior Deacon. Earnest Johnson Tyler Emeritus.

Attentive Ear 350 has numerous brothers that hold high position within upper house

PM Edward Brown 11 past all seats and current hold Imperial Deputy of the Desert Of A.E.A.O.N.M.S. for the State of Texas and Jurisdiction.

PM Frederick L. Walker Sr. PDDGM # 16 which he form Zola Walker # 56 of Norris Wright Cuney Order of Eastern Stars, Woody Robinson # 15 of Knights of Pythagoras, and Jump started District # 16 to were it is now.  Hold seat as Grand Master of the Third Vail in Royal Arch Mason Grand Chapter, Current Excellent High Priest of John Henry Burch # 2, Past Joshua H.O.J of E.A Johnson # 506, Past Patron of Zola Walker # 56, and 2^nd Ceremony Master Doric Temple Shiners.

Our Senior Warden Herman Waddy holds the seat as SDD for Knights of Pythagoras.

Attentive Ear 350 has grown once again in the State and District # 16.  Since 1999 Attentive Ear 350 started working hard in rebuilding its membership and building.  The purpose of the Lodge is unchanged.
